Kat and Laura have run many beautiful day retreats together over the past 5 years creating a community in the local area, sharing their passion for yoga, movement, ritual and of course chocolate (if you’ve been to one of their workshops, you will know).

A residential retreat has been long in the planning and this one is going to be very special.

There will be plenty of time for you to walk, swim and relax in a hammock or book yourself in for a restorative holistic treatment.

Accommodation is shared in twin rooms and all delicious vegetarian meals, snacks and drinks are included in the price.
