Having worked in the health and wellness industry for 15 years as a holistic therapist and yoga teacher, I aim to create a safe and nurturing environment and to facilitate balance in my clients and students where they can delve a little deeper into their practice and discover the possibilities within themselves.
My background is in Ashtanga yoga and I have been very privileged to study and practise with some inspirational teachers to whom I am incredibly grateful.
My teaching approach is gentle and holistic making the practice accessible for all. I think of the asana practice as a moving meditation with a strong focus on breathing and alignment.
